Welcome to Dyersburg Intermediate School. The administration, faculty, and staff of Dyersburg Intermediate School are very honored to have the opportunity to spend this school year with your child. We are deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of each young person. We have high academic expectations of each child and we provide a support system to meet children's needs. The curriculum for today's students will prepare them to have the content knowledge, skills, and habits to be successful in college or a training program for a productive career.
We look forward to partnering with families to help our children to be their best. Success is the result of a focused team effort and everyone has a part to play. Students should come to school expecting to learn and willing to work hard. Parents are asked to encourage your children often and encourage learning outside of the school walls. Our staff will prepare instructional activities to prepare students to be thinkers and problem solvers. Our goal of student success is achieved because of our commitment to working together for children.
