Registration for students not currently enrolled in Dyersburg City Schools will be held at Dyersburg High School on the following dates and times (the last appointment time is 30 minutes before the end time):

May 30 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

May 31 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

June 1 from 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

June 2 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Parents must call the Central Office for Appointments at 731-286-3600 or Dyersburg Primary School at 731-286-3615. Only the custodial parents are requested to come to registration. Parents need to bring the following information to registration:

2 Forms of Residence Verification (Utility Bill, Phone Bill, etc)

Child’s Birth Certificate or other acceptable Proof of Age

Shot Record on Tennessee Form

Custodial Parent ID

Any Legal Papers

Social Security Card (Not Mandatory)

Proof of Income (Pre K Only)

Child’s Physical (Pre K, Kindergarten and Out of State Transfers, Optional)

Copy of Attendance and Discipline (for out of district students)
